- High Priority - Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. Observed a total of 35 rodent droppings in establishment. - 5 rodent droppings under counter where self serve soda dispensing machine is at the front counter. - 15 rodent droppings in dry storage area off of the front counter containing single service items. - 1 rodent dropping behind hot holding unit in prep area of kitchen. - 1 rodent dropping behind ice machine. - 5 rodent droppings underneath rack storing bag in the box soda boxes. - 1 rodent dropping to the right of the CO tank. - 2 rodent droppings under dry storage rack near back door. - 5 rodent droppings in outdoor storage shed containing single service items. **Warning**
- High Priority - Rodent burrow or rodent nesting materials present. Observed broken styrofoam pieces with rodent chew marks on ground underneath shelves and on top of single service boxes in the outdoor storage shed containing single service items. **Warning**
