- comments: observed exposed hand washing sink infront prep area rendered inaccessible by it being turned off and covered with a plastic bag due to massive leaking when it is turned on. Also observed exposed hand washing sink in women washroom clogged, not draining. Instructed to maintain all exposed hand washing sinks open and accessible for hand washing. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.
