- comments: observed the rear exit door not tight fitting at the bottom. Must provide and maintain a better weatherstrip to prevent entry points for pests.

- comments: observed gray waste water backing up from the floor drains in the rear prep area when the hand sink is being used. Observed black waste water backing up from the floor drains in the washrooms when the toilets are flushed, and the hand sinks in use. Priority citation issued #7-38-020(c).
