- comments: no city of chicago certified food manager on site while tcs foods (breakfast sandwiches, milk, eggs) were being prepared and served. Priority foundation violation, 7-38-012. Citation issued.
40. Personal cleanliness
- comments: observed food employees without hair restraints in the food prep area. Instructed manager to provide hair restraints for all employees in the food prep area.
54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: observed outside garbage dumpster with the lid open at the time of inspection. Instructed management that receptacle and waste units for refuse and outside recycables shall be kept covered with tight fitting lids to prevent pest activity. Priority foundation, 7-38-020(b). Citation issued. Management closed dumpster lid at the time of inspection. -cos.
