Scombroid Fish Poisoning from smoked salmon. Toxic levels of histamine from lack of refrigeration after catch and before processing. Facial flushing within minutes, headache, fatigue then hives on head, face and neck. I ate it 4 times over the course of 3 days before I realized the salmon was the cause. I still have hives a week later even with a Benadryl shot and pills. | Symptoms: Headache, Fatigue, Skin Rash
