- comments: observed 20 rat droppings on the floor of the food prep area next to the ice machine and the floor in the dry storage room. Management instructed to clean and remove all rodent droppings from the premises. Additional pest control service is needed to eliminate the pest activity. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a). Citation issued.

- comments: observed live moths and larvae inside of the storage containers of sugar and rice in the dry storage area. Management discarded all of the food inside of the affected storage containers. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005. Citation issued.
