- comments: observed 40 live small flies at rear prep area. Instructed manager must remove all insect activity by date of reinspection. Advised to call pest control operator for service. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a).
47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: 6-door reach in cooler door rubber gaskets ripped. Must repair and maintain damaged door gaskets.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed food/dust build up on walls at rear prep area and around rear exit doors also observed food build upon floor at rear prep and dishwash area. Must clean floor, walls and maintain.
57. All food employees have food handler training
- comments: some food handlers certificates missing. Instructed all food handlers must be certified with names of employees on premises.
