- comments: 6-501. 111 : observed an infestation of appx. 150 or more mice droppings scattered throughout premises such as at service counter shelving units and floor under same, next to co2 tanks,under unused cooler in candy store area,on floor along wall bases behind reach in cooler & freezer,along wall base behind prep table,on floor along wall base behind cooking equipment,inside of both fryer cabinets,in dish washing area in oil fryer strainer,on dish shelving unit,wood pallet underneath and under 3- compartment sink,tool cabinet,all prep tables,in office behind mirror,on landing and stairs leading to basement,on floor next to hot water tank in basement. Also, evidence of rodenticide thrown on floor along wallbases throughout premises must remove droppings & poison,clean and sanitize areas. Must have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 9/29/23. (priority 7-38-020(a)(citation issued)
