- comments: no hot running water in the men's washroom in the hallway in the kitchen. Hot water handle broken. Must repair provide hot water with a minimum temperature of 100f at all washbowls. Adequate hot water is found at all other sinks. Priority violation 7-38-030(c).

- comments: condenser unit inside the two-door reach-in cooler in the kitchen(east wall), with excess ice. Instructed to repair.

- comments: several faucets are leaking at three compartment sinks,one compartment sink(south-east)in the kitchen also at three compartment sink inside the storage of ice machine. Drinking fountain at lunch room by the rolled up window is full with water not draining. Repair issue.

- comments: noted water backing into the middle of 3 compartment sinks when water is released from one of the sinks. Instructed to repair and maintain. Priority violation 7-38-030(c). No citation issued

- comments: cover is needed at receptacle inside the staff women's washroom
