- comments: observed missing handwashing signage at hand sink at the meat dept prep area. Instructed to provide and maintain handwashing signage at all times.

- comments: observed bulk containers in rear tamale prep area without labels. Instructed to provide and maintain the common name on all bulk containers to properly identify item (salt, sugar, flour etc).

- comments: observed large pots and pans at rear storage shelf not properly stored. Instructed to properly store and invert clean pots and pans to prevent contamination before use and maintain.

- comments: observed stained cutting boards in the meat dept prep area. Instructed to resurface or replace the cutting boards and maintain.
