Report date: Jun 1, 202341. Wiping cloths: properly used & stored
- comments: observed wet in use wiping cloths on the counters in the food prep area. Instructed to keep wipe cloths in proper sanitizing solution when not in use.

- comments: observed cardboard being used as a liner on the floor at the cook line. Instructed to remove cardboard and replace with a material smooth and easily cleanable.

- comments: observed dust build up and food residue on the shelving of two door slide cooler in back kitchen area of facility. Must clean and maintain.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: observed the 3 compartment and hand sink in the rear dish washing/prep area in poor repair(both sinks are clogged up). Premises not able to wash, rinse or sanitize dishes and utinsels or wash thier hand as required. Instructed manager to repair and maintain. Priority citation issued #7-38-030(c).

- comments: observed water damaged ceiling tiles in the front prep and rear storage area. Must repair and maintain smooth and easily cleanable.
