- comments: observed soap and paper towel dispensers mounted on the wall above the 3-compartment sink. Must remove. 3-compartment sink is meant to wash, rinse and sanitize utensils and equipment.

- comments: observed the 2nd-floor adult men and women washrooms without hot water. Water temperatures range from 80f - 82f. Must provide hot water temperature of 100-120f at all handwashing sinks. Must repair and maintain. Priority violation. 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.
16. Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
- comments: observed the hot water dish machine in use not properly sanitizing. Observed final rinse temperature @ 121f. Instructed to use the 3-compartment sink to wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes until machine has been repaired and has a final rinse temperature of 180f. Priority violation 7-38-025. Citation issued. The machine has been tagged and may not be used until reinspected by cdph.

- comments: observed no recent pest control inspection reports on-site at the time of inspection. The last report provided on-site during the inspection is from september 2022. Instructed to have a pest control log book with recent pest control reports (at least twice a year per code) on site at all times. Priority foundation 7-38-020(c). Citation issued.

- comments: observed the right handwashing sink (1 out of 2) in the spruce kid's classroom washroom with hot water at 73f. Instructed to provide hot water at 100-120f at all handwashing sinks.
