Date Closed: 01/16/2020(Basic food-safety practices were not occurring; adult and nymph cockroaches were found on food prep tables and in prep area, and a mouse dropping was found in the storage area; an open can of olives was not refrigerated and covered with a clipboard – it was visibly spoiled; food-contact surfaces were not clean.) Also 5 noncritical violations. The facility was ordered closed. Reinspected Jan. 17. Reinspected later Jan. 17 and the facility was permitted to reopen. Reinspected Tuesday and the kitchen was closed following exterminator’s visit, but facility remained open.
