Must remove unnecessary articles and clutter to prevent pest harborage. #55 - instructed to remove unnecessary articles (construction debris - plywood, wood) stored in rear outside by the garbage area. Must clean and maintain rear outside area (by the exit door) with debris and clutter to prevent pest harborage. #58 - one certified food manager without an allergen training certificate. Instructed management, any person with city of chicago food service sanitation certificate to comply with allergen training certification.
