59. Previous priority foundation violation corrected
- comments: continued non compliance for inspection report 2385707 dated 8-4-20 violation #38 observed the rear exit door with an approximate 2 inch gap at the bottom and a hole in the door due to a missing lock. Instructed to provide a tight seal to prevent pests and rodents and maintain #49 observed accumulation of dust, grease and food debris on shelves, exhaust hood, inside of fryers, and exterior of cooling units. Instructed to clean and maintain #55 observed a hole in the wall in the rear storage room and a hole in the ceiling in the rear prep area. Instructed to repair and maintain. Priority foundation violations not corrected by the specified date on the inspection report are classified as a priority violation 7-42-090
