- comments: must provide handwashing sign at rear restroom handwashing sink, maintain.

- comments: found approximately 1/2" gap on left side of rear exterior door (leading to walk in freezer). Instructed to make tight fitting and maintain.

- comments: found rusty prep cart in rear prep area. Instructed to refinish or replace to make smooth and easy to clean, maintain.

- comments: found stained ceiling tiles in dining area. Must replace and maintain.
