Order 10* on 7/12. Large Fiery OWS & Grn Pepper Original Crust, Garlic Sauce Crust, Base Cheese, Pizza Sauce, Mushroom, Red Onions, Green Peppers, No Side Cup, Old World Sausage, Spicy Cheese Blend, Approximately five hours after consumption, I felt tired, bloated, and like I had to vomit. I experienced diarrhea. An hour later, I did vomit repeatedly. I had a second episode where I dry-heaved about 30 minutes after that. I could not keep liquid or solid food down for about 8 hours after that. I was debilitated for 36 hours. Suspected food poisoning.
