- comments: 6-301. 14 : must provide hand washing signs at hand sinks where needed(pizza prep area sink).

- comments: 3-302. 12 : must label food storage containers (squeeze bottles/shakers,etc)when food is not in original package.

- comments: inspector comments: observed an infestation of appx. 60 or more mice droppings scattered throughout premises such as main kitchen-lower shelf of prep table & on floor underneath,on floor under grill table & on lower shelf of same,on floor under dish storage rack,on top of stove. Rear dry food shelf on pallet next to garbage cans. Pizza prep area-on interior ledge of glass reachin cooler. Front service counter-on all shelving units in between articles and on floor under pop cooler. Hot water tank/furnace room-on floor along wall bases and inside of furnance on brick of hot water tank. Must remove droppings clean and sanitize areas. Must have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 12/14/23. (priority 7-38-020(a)(citation issued)
