- comments: observed employee at produce prep area removing dust pan and broom from front of handwashing sink, than without handwashing gloved her hands and handled ready to eat food: peeled pineapple. Must wash hands every possible contamination and prior to glove hands. Manager corrected the issue. Priority citation :7-38-010,citation issued

- comments: food held in unsanitary conditions while being displayed for sale inside the serving cooler for raw meat: stuffed pablano w/chorizo,and stuffed mushroom caps. Food held in unsanitary condition was discarded and denatured by the manager. Condenser units have excess ice build up and dripping on foods. Pounds: 2,value 10. 27 priority violation issued: 7-38-005. Citation issued.
