- comments: noted inadequate hot water temperature at handwashing sinks in second floor annex staff bathroom (52. 4f) and second floor north main girls student bathrooms (86. 0f). Priority violation 7-38-030. Instd to provide 100f-120f at handwash sinks at all times
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: noted over 50 mice droppings in unused hot holding unit, on windowsill and file cabinet of kitchen office, in storage closet of classroom 110, in cabinet and along floor in dry storage room in the kitchen. Priority foundation 7-38-020 (a) instructed to remove all dropping, clean and sanitize affected areas, contact pest control for service.

- comments: noted no covered receptacles in staff bathroom and in various girls bathrooms throughhout building. Instructed to provide and maintain.

- comments: noted holes at the bases of several toilets in girls north 2nd floor bathroom. Instructed to repair holes and maintain a smooth and cleanable surface.
