Inspectors found pest activity during the inspection, including about 13 small live flies in the rear prep and dishwashing area, on coffee equipment, dried kitchenware, in the dining room, and on papers used for place settings. They also found about 20 large rodent droppings on a shelving unit used to store liquor bottles and in a storage area. This was cited as a significant food safety violation, and a citation was issued.

Additional issues included rusty storage carts in the prep area and walk-in cooler, damaged flooring with gaps where dried food debris had collected, items stored on the floor in prep, dishwashing, and basement liquor storage areas, and dirty ventilation fans inside the walk-in cooler.
