- comments: observed the doors at the front main entrance not rodent/insect proofed. Instructed to rodent/insect proof doors and maintain.

- comments: observed the washbowl in the unisex toilet room on the 1st fl in need of recaulking. Instructed to recaulk around the top of the washbowl and maintain.

- comments: observed the faucet above the sanitizer compartment on the 3-comp sink leaking at the base. Instructed to fix and maintain.

- comments: observed the ceiling and light shields in the kitchen area with dirt and dust build up. Instructed to clean and maintain ceiling and light fixtures.
