- comments: i observed area at the top of the stairs through a doorway is becoming a prep area with 2 makeshift prep tables set up. A handwashing sink with hot and cold running water needs to be installed in the new prep area. Priority foundation violation no citation issued at this time. Priority foundation violation7-38-030 (c) no citation issued

- comments: observed cartons of juices and prepackaged baked goods stored directly on top of beer kegs. All food items need to be stored in a protected manner in a designated area.

- comments: observed heavy food debris accumulation in between coolers on the cooking line. Clean and maintain.

- comments: observed previous core violations from report #2362711 dated 2/21/20 not corrected, including violation # 52 grease trap removed from under 3 compartment sink must install and maintain. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090 no citation issued
