- comments: observed no ambient air thermometer inside the 1-door whipped cream/dairy cooler. Instructed to provide conspicuous and easily readable thermometers inside all refrigerator units to properly monitor the ambient air temperature of equipment.
49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: found old food spills inside the 1-door beverage air cooler in the coffee area. Instructed management to detail clean and maintain.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: found the 1-compartment prep sink next to the ice machine without a faucet. Instructed management to repair/replace the missing faucet and maintain.
52. Sewage & waste water properly disposed
- comments: found waste water backing up at the floor drains underneath the three compartment sink when water is being drained at the 3-compartment sink and at the adjacent dish area handwashing sink. Instructed management to call a licensed plumber and to discontinue washing dishes at the three compartment sink until the drain no longer backs up waste water. Priority violation 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.
56. Adequate ventilation & lighting; designated areas used
- comments: found heavy dust accumulation on the ceiling vent located in the 1st drive thru window area. Instructed to clean and maintain.
