- comments: observed a build up of food splatter under the slushy machine where the slushy comes out and inside the opening on the bottom of the machine. Instructed to clean, sanitize and maintain as a means of preventing pest and insect harboring.

- comments: observed the floors throughout under and around cooking equipment and non cooking equipment with a build up of dirt, debris, food debris and spillage. In the rear along wall of sliding storage as well. Instructed to clean and maintain all areas.
