- comments: observed rust surfaces on shelving in reach-in cooler. Instructed manager to replace and maintain.

- comments: observed accumulated spills, grease buidlup and food debris on interior and exterior surfaces of beverage machines, cooking equipment, prep tables, coolers, and freezers. Instructed manager to clean and maintain.
