- comments: observed no handwashing sign at rear handsink in dishwashing area. Instructed to install and maintain.
47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: observed torn/dirty gaskets on reach in cooler in front beverage area and ice build-up on condenser unit in freezer. Instructed to clean and repair door gaskets and remove ice build-up and maintain.
49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: observed excessive accumulation of debris on and around frappe machine and floor underneath soft drink dispensing machine in front beverage prep area. Both areas were cleaned at time of inspection.
