- comments: the following previous priority foundation violations not corrected from june 27, 2023 report #2577894 #16 interior of ice machine with large amount of a black substance on interior of machine. Substance at ice chute, and sides of holding unit. Instructed to remove all ice and clean and sanitize machine. #38 observed approx 10-12 flies in mens room, 2 flies in ladies room. Observed approx 20-22 rat droppings along the wall of the outside garbage corral. (weed growth and debris has been removed) #54 outside garbage container must be tight fitting and in good repair. Observed large garbage dumpster with all lids bubbled and not tight fitting. Instructed to detail and maintain clean at all times. #47 rubber gasket in need of replacing on reachin milk cooler at drive thru area. Instructed to correct and maintain. #49 detail cleaning on all cooking equipment to remove all grease build up. Instructed to detail clean and maintin clean. #49 interior of all reach in freeers and coolers in need of detail cleaning to remove all food spills. All rubber gaskets in need of cleaning to remove all build up. Instructed to correct and maintain. #55 floors throughout cooking area in need of cleaning under and around all cooking equipment, all floors under fry area, all floors in drink area and drive thru area. Instructed to detail clean all floor area and maintain clean free from food build and water. All previous core violations in need of correcting and maintaining.
