Report date: Jan 7, 202210. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed water temperature at hand sink in rear prep area above the maximum permitted of 120. 0f but at 138. 8f. No cold water was available to mix at faucet. Both faucet handles had hot water coming out. Must not have water temperature no more than 120. 0f. Use additional hand sinks on site for hand washing. Must repair and maintain(priority foundation 7-38-030(c)(citation issued)

- comments: must provide thermometers for all 3- mc cafe prep coolers.

- comments: observed an appx. '1/2-3/4' gap along bottom of both playland doors and emergency door. Must make tight fitting.

- comments: must clean build up on spouts of tea machine and wheel bases of fryers.
