- comments: noted water leaking out of the upper portion of the ice machine onto the floor. Must repair and maintain dry floor area.

- comments: wall caulking at the hand washing sink in the women's washroom noted rough and uneven with open cracks and crevices. Must be smooth and cleanable. ----must not use cardboard as matting for floor under the bar large trash can. ----water damaged ceiling tile above the basement ice machine. Must replace. ----floors under the basement storage shelving with debris. Must clean and maintain.

- comments: previous core violations from 10-26-20 report #2453773 were not corrected. #51--observed no visible backflow preventer device on ice machine water line in basement and on garden hose in basement where hose will be connected to clean floors.
