- comments: 6-501. 111 observed approximately 35 small rodent droppings in the following areas during the time of inspection they are as follows. . . Behind employee lockers located in the prep area, in the manager's office scattered on the floor under the desk and in corners near the garbage can, in the rear storage area in the corner underneath the rolling cart storing unused equipment. Instructed to remove droppings and clean and sanitize all affected areas. Must eliminate pest activity. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-020 (a). No citation issued.

- comments: 6-501. 112 observed dead mouse on floor underneath shelving unit in rear storage area during time of inspection. Instructed to remove, clean, and sanitize area.
