- comments: observed gap opening approx:1/4'inch at bottom door at rear pre-k classroom exterior (gideon building). Must make door tight fitting all across the bottom to prevent pest entry.

- comments: observed approximately 20 rodent (mice) droppings on the floor in corners and underneath the 3-compartment sink in kitchen prep area and approximately 10 rodent mice droppings in dry storage closet located adjacent to lunchroom dining areas. Instructed to detail clean and remove all rodent droppings from all affected areas and pest control service is now reccomended. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a),citation issued.

- comments: observed raw wood surfaces along the ceiling areas of the kitchen prep area. Instructed to paint or seal wooden surfaces and maintain.

- comments: observed water temperature at one hand sink at 82. 2 f in students pre-k classroom washroom. Instructed to maintain proper water temperature to a minimum of 100. 0f. The other hand sink in students pre-k classroom is at proper temperature at this time.

- comments: floors along the walls and in all corners of the kitchen prep area and dry storage closet adjancent to lunch room dining areas in need for a detailed cleaning and maintain.

- comments: instructed to detail clean and organize utility mop sink room and remove unnecessary articles due to potential pest harborage and elevate mops,brooms cleaning equipments off the floor at least 6' inches to facilitate cleaning.
