- comments: observed rusted shelving racks inside walk in cooler. Instructed manager to repaint or replace racks.

- comments: observed no chlorine test strips on site for measuring chlorine sanitizer. Manager-provided quat test strips facility has a dish machine that utilizes chlorine sanitizer. Instructed manager to provide chlorine test strips. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005 citation issued.

- comments: observed 3-compartment sink not in working order. When water is drained in said sink, it leaks to the floor. Instructed manager that the 3-compartment sink is in proper working order. Priority foundation violation 7-38-025 citation issued.

- comments: observed outdoor grease receptacle with light grease buildup. Instructed manager to clean.
