- comments: 3-307.11: must provide a splash guard at hand sink in bar area next to glass and pitcher storage to prevent cross contamination.

- comments: 5-205.15: observed excessive water leaking from water filter of ice machine into a plastic bin must repair to be in good working order.

- comments: 6-201.11: must clean food splatter from walls throughout prep and dish washing areas.
