Report date: May 11, 202610. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: 5-204. 11 inspector comments: observed no hand washing sink in open beverage prep area (coffee,ice for consumption,drinks,etc) being poured for service. Must install a hand sink with hot and cold running water ,soap & towels. (priority foundation 7-38-030(c)

- comments: 3-302. 12 : must label food storage containers when food is not in original package with common name (squeeze bottles,etc)

- comments: 3-307. 11 : must provide a splash guard at hand sink in bar area next to glass and pitcher storage to prevent cross contamination.

- comments: 4-204. 115 : observed high temperature dish machine gauge cock for sanitizer not operable must repair or replace to be in working order to display reading. Must repair and maintain(priority foundation 7-38-005)(citation issued)

- comments: 5-205. 15 : observed excessive water leaking from water filter of ice machine into a plastic bin must repair to be in good working order.

- comments: 6-201. 11 : must clean food splatter from walls throughout prep and dish washing areas.
