I only had one meal two days ago and it was pizza. I got a mini pizza with plant based Italian sausage and Canadian bacon, grilled chicken and no other meats, parmesan cheese, bell peppers,etc. I felt fine at first and when i laid down a few hours later i had to run to the restroom and i didn’t sleep all night. Yesterday i wasn’t able to eat a thing or take a sip of water i have diarrhea, nausea, fever, and a massive headache. Ive never felt anything like this before. I haven’t ate anything since that pizza. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Headache
