Ate there at about 7 pm on 12/11/21. Bowl with cilantro lime rice, black beans, adobo chicken, grilled onions, corn pico, lettuce, cucumbers, sour cream, and chipotle ranch. And chips. Drank water. Had heartburn for the first time in ages. Went to bed early and woke up during the night with diarrhea. Still have diarrhea at 8:30 am and nausea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other, Heartburn
