I finished eating and left the restaurant about 4pm was home by 430 stomach pain diarrhea nausea. I had the no meat bowl cilantro rice, black beans, salsa cheese veggies bag of chips and I did get the some salsa from the side bar. I'm thinking the salsa it looked and tasted fine but something something there is not fine. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
