Burrito Illness: Severe Symptoms - Moe's Southwest grill, New York

I had my usual around 4:45. A burrito with rice, black beans, steak, bacon, lettuce, shredded cheese, and queso. I also had chips and a side of queso and a hi-c Orange from their fountain. Everything tasted fine, but I was only able to eat half of my burrito and a handful of chips and queso. I had blood drawn around 5:30pm and felt lightheaded and nauseous, but that is normal for me. I drank some water and sat for a bit before I got up and I was fine. I got home around 6:30 and had diarrhea. When I was done, I still felt nauseous so I lay on the couch. My nausea would come in waves and I’d feel worse and worse. I had chills and body aches too. Around 9:30, I woke up from dozing and immediately vomited and had diarrhea in my pants and couldn’t make it to the bathroom because they were both so sudden. I’m still having both happening for the last few hours and every time I drink any water to try to stay hydrated, it immediately comes out from either end. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Chills, Lightheaded, Body Ache
