Observed a pest infestation of approximately over 25 live roaches scattered throughout the facility on the dining room floor, restroom toilet, walls behind the chest freezer in the basement, on top of the chest freezer in the basement, on wall behind stand-up cold holding unit near stairs, and walls leading up in the stairway. The premises shall be maintained free of insects, rodents, and other pests. Eliminate live/dead roaches using proper pest control processes as needed. Priority violation 7-42-090 citation issued.
