- comments: observed approx. 30 rat droppings on the floor of the basement corner across from the staircase. Management instructed to clean and remove all rodent droppings. Additional pest control service is needed to eliminate all pest activity. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a). Citation issued.

- comments: clean the interior of the prep cooler, deep fryer, stove, interior ice machine, prep tables, food storage containers, and the grease trap in the basement.
53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: observed no covered waste receptacle in the employee washroom. Management instructed to provide.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: repair the holes in the ceiling drywall of the dry storage room. Replace the missing floor tiles in the kitchen prep area.
57. All food employees have food handler training
- comments: observed several food handling employees without a food handler training certificate. Management instructed that all food handling employees must show proof of training.
58. Allergen training as required
- comments: observed the certified food manager without a valid allergen training certificate. Management instructed that all certified food managers must show valid proof of allergen training.

- comments: previous core violations from report #2582948 on 10/5/23 not corrected: 47 - observed rusted shelving inside of walk-in cooler. Instructed to repaint or replace shelving. 55 - observed cardboard being used as floor mats at the cook line. Instructed to remove and provide floor coverings non-absorbent, smooth, and easily cleanable. 55 - observed grease build up and spilled food debris on the walls behind the hand washing sink and floors throughout the facility behind cooking equipment and deep freezers. Instructed to detail clean and maintain. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090. Citation issued.
