- comments: observed no hot water at hand washing sinks in staff/dining washrooms(71. 7f) and second floor women washroom (69. 9f). Instructed manager to provide at least 100f water at all hand washing sinks. Priority violation 7-38-030(c) citation issued

- comments: observed two packages of raw ground beef thawing in standing water in 2-compartment sink. Instructed manager to properly thaw food under running water, refrigerator or part of cooking process.

- comments: observed over 50 mice droppings scattered on shelves in utensil storage area, 30 mice droppings scattered on shelves under register in serving area, 20 mice droppings scattered on floor near radiator in office/storage area, 10 mice droppings scattered on floor near freezer in office/storage area. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a) citation issued

- comments: observed the following doors not rodent proofed, south entrance doors 1' gap between doors, main entrance doors 1' gap on bottom left door, north entrance doors 1' gap betweeen doors. Instructed manager to seal all outer openings on doors to prevent pest entry.

- comments: observed food items stored on floor in office/storage area. Instructed manager to elevate all stock six inches off floor.
