- comments: prep area wiping cloths must be held in a container with a sanitizing solution between use.

- comments: observed clean coffee mugs being store on bathroom shelving. Must not store any dishwares or utensils inside the washroom.

- comments: observed a clean stored rubber spatula in poor repair with torn/missing rubber. Instructed to replace.
