- comments: ceramic/clay drinking cups and bowls on site. Instd to ensure cups are lead-free or lead-safe levels and maintain documentation of such on-site or removed from premises

- comments: observed interior and exterior surfaces of cold hold units with build-up of food residue and grime. Instructed person in charge to clean and maintain.
57. All food employees have food handler training
- comments: observed no food handler training on site at the time of inspection. Instructed person in charge to provide and retain food handler training certificates on site at all times for review.
59. Previous priority foundation violation corrected
- comments: observed the following previous priority foundation violations from report #2598866 not corrected as follows: #10 observed no hand washing sink in front dining room area where tortillas are prepared with bare hand contact for restaurant use. Instructed to provide hand according to food code standards. #38-observed approximately 20 large flies throughout the rear prep area on walls and tables. Instructed person in charge to work with licensed pest control service to abate pest activity. Priority violation #7-42-090. Citation issued. (prior two day notice given, facility remains in non-compliance)
