- comments: found cardboard being used underneath the floor mats in the prep line area. Must remove cardboard to provide flooring that is smooth and easily cleanable.

- comments: noted heavy dirt accumulation on the ventilation hood filters. Instructed to detail clean and maintain hood and filters.
