- comments: observed wiping cloths store on top of prep tables in food preparation area. Must properly store wiping cloths in a sanitizing solution when not in use.

- comments: observed broken rubber gasket at one door of the 2-door front prep cooler. Must repair/replace and maintain.

- comments: observed dirt and debris on floor underneath 3-compartment sink and under around and behing cooking equipment. Must clean and maintain.

- comments: observed certified food manager on site without the allergen training certificate. Instructed manager to provide proof of allergen training.

- comments: observed previous core violations not corrected from previous inspection#2463679 on12/11/2020. # 37observed no labels on prepackaged baklava at front counter. Instructed food packaged in a food establishment, shall be labeled as specified by law. Labels must include the following: the common name of food; a list of ingredients; an accurate net quantity; the name and place of business of the manufacturer or packer and a sell by date. Must correctly label all prepackaged items at the front counter #51 observed leak at base of faucet of 3 compartment sink. Must repair and maintain same. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090. No citation issued.
