- comments: observed the following sinks not maintained with hot water: improper temperature of hot water observed at employee washroom handsink (72f). Instructed person in charge hot water at all hand-washing sinks must be at least 100f. Priority violation 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed handsink faucet in womens restroom not properly maintain with hot water running longer than 15 seconds. Instructed to increase timer of hot water to ensure faucet is providing a flow of water for at least 15 seconds without the need to reactivate the faucet.

- comments: obesrved loose faucet for hansink in family restroom. Instructed to repair and maintain.

55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed grease buildup, syrup, food debris, and dirt inside cabinets under soda station. Instructed manager to clean floors under all equipment.
