- comments: observed the prep cooler rubber gasket around the door in poor repair. Must replace and maintain.

- comments: must clean the exterior of the bulk storage container and interior of all cooler and freezers, storage shelving and bakers racks to remove spills, debris and/or grease. Also clean prep station and counter.

- comments: must clean and maintain the fixtures and floors inside the washroom.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: floors need detail cleaning along the wall base and in corners through out the kitchen and inside the walk in cooler.
