- comments: observed no chemical sanitizer testing device kit for sanitizer being used,( bleach) for 3-compartment sink dishwashing facilities. Instructed to provide. Priority foundation issued 7-38-005.

- comments: observed the exterior of cooler door dirty, interior of ahelves inside cooler. Table counters in prep area. Must clean and maintain.
