- comments: observed rodent activity on premises. Found 30-35 mouse droppings on the floor in the washroom, behind storage shelf by rear exit door, on shelf under prep table and in front area on the floor by the cooking equipment. Instructed to clean all areas and have pest control company service prior to reinspection next week. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a) issued.

39. Contamination prevented during food preparation, storage & display
- comments: must provide a splash guard at hand sink next to 3- comp sink.

49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: must clean debris build up from fryer cabinets,all coolers,shelving units,prep tables,interior and exterior of wok station,3- comp sink basin,exterior of food storage containers,exterior of garbage cans.

55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed ceiling tile in poor repair in rear of kitchen; replace tile where needed.

- comments: the ventilation system above cooking equipment in need of cleaning; clean vents.
