- comments: observed no hot water at hand washing sinks in south first floor staff washroom (48. 8f) and south second floor staff washroom (54. 9f). Instructed manager to provide 100f-120f water at all hand washing sinks. Priority 7-38-030(c)

- comments: observed timed faucets no functioning properly in first and second floor north staff washrooms. Water must run continuously for at least 15 seconds before reactivating faucet.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed over 20 mice droppings scattered on shelves and floor inside pre-k closets 114 and 119. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a)

- comments: observed no hot water at left sink in girls third floor washroom, no running water at middle sink in girls third floor washroom and boys third floor washroom. Instructed manager to repair and maintain.

- comments: observed lids missing on outside dumpster. Instructed manager to replace all missing lids and maintain. Outside dumpsters shall be covered and have tight-fitting lids. Priority foundation 7-38-020(b)

- comments: observed items stored on floor and along walls in pre-k closets. Instructed manager to remove all unnecessary articles and properly store items off floor and away from walls for easy cleaning and pest control.
